QTI’s Staffing Operations Support team is looking to hire a Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join their team! Ideal candidates will be outgoing, personable and very team-oriented with the ability to be flexible as tasks and priorities change quite frequently. Customer service is the main function of this position, and training will be provided; however, also having prior payroll or accounting experience or education is highly preferred. We offer a casual, fun and family-friendly environment with opportunity to grow within your role.  Pay is competitive based on experience. 
This is a full-time position with flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
•         Assist busy payroll department with various tasks including answering calls from internal staff as well as employees regarding payroll
•         Perform some Billing Accounts Receivable work
•         Enter data into company-specific database as well as spreadsheets
•         Carry out other duties as needed
•         High school diploma or equivalent
•         Prior office and customer service experience; call center customer service is a plus!
•         Payroll or accounting education or work history preferred
•         Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is required
•         Strong computer and software skills
•         Detail orientated
•         Ability to switch gears quickly and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
•         Effective verbal and written communication skills
