Summary:
The QTI Group is hiring a full time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client located on the west side of Madison. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, working knowledge of the healthcare industry, and prior work experience in a call center environment. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a variety of flexible shifts between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and offers a starting pay of $16.50 with an excellent annual bonus. There is mandatory training class for this opportunity with a flexible beginning date.

Responsibilities:

Maintain existing client information and document all communication according to standard operating procedure

Answer and respond to incoming calls

Identify and escalate priority issues as needed

Place outbound calls to healthcare providers, patients, and other clients

Stay current with relevant guidelines and policies for medical devices and billing

Meet standards for production and accuracy within 3 month period

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred

Must have two or more years of customer service experience

Prior work in a contact call center, the health care industry, or a lab is preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is required

Ability to listen on the phone and type simultaneously
