The QTI Group is seeking an awesome bilingual candidate to serve as Front Desk Coordinator for our downtown location! This full time position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 60 minute lunch. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, will have previous office experience, and will be friendly and adaptable. This individual will be answering a very active multi-line phone, assisting office visitors, and helping candidates through our application and interview process. This is a very fast-paced role that offers a fun, team-oriented environment, casual Fridays, and great opportunities to grow!   • Answer computerized, multi-line phone (can be up to 85 calls per day)
  • Assist candidates through the application and interview process
  • Triage and direct calls to appropriate location, department or team member
  • Greet and direct office visitors
  • Assist with various administrative tasks or projects


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of office experience and working knowledge of typical office machines, including using a multi-line phone
  • Solid computer skills, including intermediate typing and data entry skills and good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Should be confident, motivated and personable
  • Demonstrated customer service skills a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
