Our client in Middleton is looking to hire a bilingual Sales Support/ Customer Service Assistant on a temporary basis. This position will last for approximately three and a half months, and will start immediately. This role will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will pay $20.00 to $25.00, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator in both English and Spanish, will have previous relevant experience, and will have a patient, positive attitude. Apply today for consideration!


  • Will assist with customer service and sales support
  • Provide sales quotes and product availability to existing customers, distributors and reps
  • Receive, process and confirm purchase orders, collaborate with sourcing, credit and warehouse to confirm shipments
  • Fulfill paperwork requests proformas, invoices, export documents, credits and certificates
  • Request and complete new customer setup, ensure foreign addresses, freight forwarders, commissions are correctly entered
  • Provide product, warranty, and where to purchase information
  • Monitor and respond to website inquiries from Latin America
  • Send samples
  • Fill out product set up sheets and other documents for customers, product and logistic information
  • Develop and maintain current Latin America portfolio decks and price lists
  • Create brand, product, and marketing related materials
  • Send product images and facilitate access for Reps
  • Translate brand, product and presentation materials into Spanish
  • Develop training presentations and modify current product and category decks
  • Set up and manage new customer specific items in database
  • Submit P & L for promotions or product assortment changes to the Latin American portfolios


  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish
  • Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Should be very professional and organized
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • Must maintain a business casual appearance
